One of our key business partners, SMART Technologies, continues to innovate and show technical expertise in a variety of areas throughout 2012. SMART is a company that has grown up with the digital revolution in education, government and business. So it’s no surprise to us at CCS that SMART Technologies continues to gain plaudits and win awards from their industry peers.
The latest honor for SMART came from Chief Learning Officer magazine, which awarded the company a finalist medal in its community service category in the 2012 Chief Learning Officer
Learning In Practice awards. SMART was awarded along with other big industry players University of Phoenix and GP Strategies Corporate as the top three finalist positions among qualified service providers, including vendors, consultants and partner organizations.
This is a great award that recognizes the industry leadership of SMART. Chief Learning Officer called the finalists’ contributions a significant effort in “the design and delivery of workforce learning and development programs.” The community service award also notes vendors that have provided significant investment of company resources and time in support of a community service project or initiative.

CCS Presentation Systems is an expert at integrating audio-visual communications tools like SMART Boards into our development plans for our own customer base. Training our customers and their staffs is a big part of audio-visual solutions from CCS Presentation Systems. We use technology products from SMART for our own training and are thrilled to be a partner in the growth of enabling business, government and educational organizations to work with digital whiteboards and other integrated AV systems.
