When corporations and educational institutions are asked what goals or elements are important to their success, the term collaboration is often at the top of the list. Collaboration occurs when two or more people (often groups) work together through idea sharing and discussion to accomplish a common goal. When organizations can do that, they can successfully problem solve, develop employee skills, and build a sense of teamwork. Thanks to advancements in technology today, it’s easier than ever for workplaces to collaborate.
It was with collaboration in mind that NEC developed two new M-Series multi-media short throw projectors, the M333XS and M353WS. Businesses and educational institutions will benefit from the projector’s “bring your own device” approach with their wireless capabilities. Advanced software lets users network their projectors for easier management and control. It will allow up to 16 devices (PC’s, tablets, smart phones) to connect to the projector, simultaneously. Presenters may see content (as thumbnail images) from each participating device and make instant selections of what to display on-screen. These projectors also include software that allows participants to annotate content from any platform or device, so their notes are automatically saved.
The feature-rich 3,300-lumen M333XS and 3,500-lumen M353WS models deliver high contrast images (10,000:1), are filter free, have 0.6:1 and 0.48:1 throw ratios respectively, and utilize the latest DLP technology from Texas Instruments. Additionally, environmentally-friendly features include an ambient light sensor, which increases lamp life up to 8,000 hours and lowers power consumption. Even in rooms with high ambient light they produce superb color accuracy, detail, and bright images.
With easy portability, network capability, and high quality output, NEC’s M333XS and M353WS models are ideally suited to promote collaboration in the workplace. That is a plan for success!
