CCS START is a 90-day coverage service plan included with every integrated system. It covers the first 90 days of field service labor, all materials referenced in the Sales Order, timely telephone and email support and first available appointment times.

Beyond the first 90 days, standard CCS Service rates of $200 for the first hour and $125 per hour, thereafter, will apply. But, two Annual Service Plans are offered by CCS Presentation Systems to help save you money and protect your equipment. They are:
Option 1: CCS MAX – Comprehensive System
Support PLUS Preventive Maintenance
- Covers All Field Service Labor
- Priority Response & Resolution
- Annual Preventive Maintenance
- Loaner Projectors, when available
- 10% Discount on Lamps and Repair Parts
Annual plan—$50 per $1,000 of total system cost*
Option 2: CCS SECURE – Priority Support
- Covers All Field Service Labor
- Priority Response & Resolution
- Material and workmanship coverage extended to one year from final invoice date
Annual plan—$30 per $1,000 of total system cost*
