Training our customers and their staff is an important part of what makes audio-visual solutions from CCS Presentation Systems a cut above the rest. We consider it a privilege to work with customers’ staff to train them on new audio-visual equipment, demonstrate key processes and provide best practices for using the software and hardware components.
From our Scottsdale and Tucson, Arizona Training Centers, CCS offers interested participants the chance to learn from our talented in-house trainers. CCS Training Centers give our customers a chance to learn from the best about some of the innovations being made in audio-visual integration today. We offer a wide variety of regularly scheduled interactive classes and follow up courses for aggressive product/systems training. These workshops can also be extended to customized onsite sessions at customer locations or in The CCS Mobile Training Center – a fully functioning 12-seat computer lab on wheels.
There are two upcoming seminars being held in our Scottsdale HQ location. The first, on August 23rd is the basic ‘SMART Start’ seminar, designed to provide knowledge about the basics of the SMART Board and SMART Notebook 11 software. Participants will get hands-on training, useable tips and valuable resource material on working with the SMART system.
For advanced SMART users, there is also a SMART Board training scheduled for August 30th, 2012. For those working in education, it makes practical sense to get the most out of the new tools that SMART Boards offer. SMART tools will clearly be a part of many education systems teaching moving forward. More than 2.3 million SMART Board interactive whiteboards have been installed globally in education, business and government settings, with more than 1.9 million installed in K–12 classrooms. These systems are reaching more than 40 million students and teachers around the world.
The course is called “The Next Step….SMART Board: Beyond the Basics”. This is a course that goes beyond the basics for users working with SMART Notebook 11, and helps users learn the right techniques to use the more advanced features that the SMART software offers. Registered participants at the workshop will learn from CCS trainers on how to work with the new SMART web browser, various animations techniques, recording features and more.
