As the New Year starts, so too does the start of providing audio-visual solutions to our core markets of education, technology, government and corporations. One of the most exciting K-12 education resources conferences of the year is coming up soon, and our Southeast team is revving up its efforts for it.
The Florida Educational Technology Conference, better known as FETC 2013, will bring together on Jan 28-31 in Orlando, FL a wide variety of classroom resources companies, education tools vendors, technology experts and education leaders from all walks of learning.
Here’s more from the conference web site:
- More than 500 companies will fill over 275,000 square feet of exhibit space, providing attendees an opportunity to preview and purchase the latest educational technology hardware and software to enhance teaching and learning at all levels.
- More than 200 concurrent sessions will be offered, which will focus on integrating current and emerging technologies, safety and security, social networking/collaboration, and sustainability into the curriculum.
- Nearly 70 professional development workshops will provide training opportunities through full- and half-day lectures and hands-on workshops given by local and national experts. Registration is required and additional fees apply.
FETC gives everyone with a stake in the K-12 education process a chance to learn about new techniques for teaching, new strategies for learning and how integrated AV components can be used across school curriculums for great success.
Attendees and exhibitors alike will find much to see, including the integration of touch screen technology in the classroom and how it relates to the success of educational development in students. Viewers will get a first-hand glimpse and hands-on exposure to all the latest hardware and software audio-visual solutions, as well as the best training strategies for making it all happen in each school environment.
Those attending the show, including teachers, principals and deans, school district administrators, curriculum designers, educational technology directors and others will find much to take back to their individual regions. We invite you to see CCS Presentation Systems at booth 1021 at FETC. We are one of the largest groups of audio-video integration companies in the country, helping schools and educational organization with integration, installation, training and maintenance of audio-video equipment.
