CCS Presentation Systems collaborated with Neoti on an innovative plaza project commissioned by the City of Carmel in Indiana. The client’s vision was to establish a state-of-the-art dvLED Video Display within the plaza, seamlessly blending artistry, entertainment, and communication into one dynamic focal point.

project for the City of Carmel in Indiana. The client’s desired goal was
to create a cutting-edge dvLED Video Display in the plaza that served
as a piece of art, a source for entertainment, and an avenue of
communication. To accomplish this goal, CCS worked with Neoti and
the designated architect to manufacture custom cabinets resulting in a
one-of-a-kind display that serves as a focal point in the new plaza.

Project Description

To accomplish this vision, CCS collaborated closely with Neoti and the appointed architect to manufacture custom cabinets, resulting in a truly unique display that stands as the centerpiece of the newly developed plaza. This innovative project featured a 16:9 aspect ratio, showcasing a 6 mm LED Video Display meticulously tailored to meet specific customization requirements. Additionally, custom outdoor signage was integrated to further enhance the plaza’s aesthetic appeal and functionality.

Project Description

CCS recommended NEC Display Solutions products because it found the displays easy to install and calibrate during a similar project where NEC was installed. The EOC team agreed readily, based on NEC’s stellar reputation and the ultra-narrow bezels featured on its X464UN-2 displays, which were an important consideration for the video walls envisioned.

PINAL COUNTY COURTHOUSE

PINAL COUNTY COURTHOUSE

The courthouse is one of Arizona’s oldest public buildings still in use and is one of the state’s most irreplaceable historic properties. Built in 1891, the building required technological upgrades so its Board of Supervisors Hearing Room could be utilized to its fullest potential.

CCS successfully implemented a comprehensive audio visual system in the Pinal County’s Courthouse Board of Supervisors Hearing Room while maintaining the historical features of the space. Audio visual presentation capabilities were implemented, all of which can be controlled from one wireless touch panel. The conference space, which can seat up to 100 people, includes a Christie LX 605 projector and screen for the audience with 46” HD LCD displays on either side of the courtroom for the board members to see what is being presented.

Project Description

CCS successfully implemented a comprehensive audiovisual system in the Pinal County’s Courthouse Board of Supervisors Hearing Room while maintaining the historical features of the space. Audiovisual presentation capabilities were implemented, all of which can be controlled from one wireless touch panel. The conference space, which can seat up to 100 people, includes a Christie LX 605 projector and screen for the audience with 46” HD LCD displays on either side of the courtroom for the board members to see what is being presented. 

The Da-lite Providence mediated lectern meets ADA requirements with a motorized lift, allowing its height to be adjusted. Additionally, Shure gooseneck microphones are in front of each seat at the conference table.

The goal of the project was to create a state of the art video and audio distribution system for use throughout the property, routing multiple sources to specific displays/zones.

CCS utilized its experience with cutting edge technology found in Magenta Research products and built distribution around a Mondo switch. This allowed them to distribute sources such as satellite TV, keno, digital signage and promotions to various areas throughout the property. Much time was spent understanding the traffic flow and visibility of each display to the clientele.

Camp Pendleton Naval Hospital

Marine Corps Base Campe Pendleton sought a comprehensive system for a refurbished auditorium capable of facilitating meetings, video conferencing, and seamless video presentations. CCS collaborated closely with multiple construction contractors to ensure timely and budget-conscious project completion.

Project Description

CCS tailored a comprehensive solution for the camp, incorporating a range of cutting-edge technologies to enhance their communication and presentation capabilities. This included a Polycom multi-point video-conferencing system and an accompanying Polycom audio-conferencing solution, ensuring seamless remote meetings with crystal-clear sound quality. Additionally, a Dual Crestron control system was implemented to streamline operation, allowing for effortless management of various audiovisual components. To optimize communication clarity, multiple microphones were integrated into the setup. Furthermore, CCS integrated a full 7-channel surround sound system dedicated to enhancing the impact of video presentations, complemented by Extron switchers and other interfacing equipment to create seamless connectivity and operation across the entire system.

Project Goal

The goal was to design a system for a renovated auditorium to handle meetings, videoconferencing, and video presentation. CCS coordinated with various other construction contractors to bring the project in on time and on budget.

In addition, CCS designed and installed a Training Room at the FAA utilizing state-of-the-art display technology and full remote control capabilities. CCS’ solution included (9) 61″ NEC HD Displays, AMX Touchscreen Control Systems, Satellite feeds, JBL speakers, and a SMART Touchscreen Interactive Overlay.
