Over the years, our CCS Training Team has had the privilege of training and working with thousands of teachers. The number one request from teachers is always for a visit to their own classrooms to provide assistance and training in using their own equipment. CCS Presentation Systems takes our customer requests very seriously and therefore we developed the CCS Tech on Campus Program. It is designed to inspire teachers to integrate all types of educational technology into their curriculum.
What does a Tech On Campus visit look like?
Each site visit is customized with input from the school’s administrators. Generally, a CCS trainer will spend between thirty minutes and an hour with 1-3 teachers during a planning period then rotate around campus. Some schools find it best to group teachers by content areas, grade, or tech comfort levels. Often a member from the IT team will shadow, making it most helpful if any immediate tech issues need resolving. Fall visits and then repeat visits in the spring are very common.
