Executed by CCS for Yuma Regional Medical Center, each room in this project is a model of meticulous design within a comprehensive matrix framework.
Each room is setup in a full matrix and has multiple inputs available
depending on the combined state of the room. There are also two overflow
spaces which can be selected to be used from any room. Each room has its
own PTZ camera for use during video conferencing, at least one ceiling
array microphone allowing for the entire audience to participate in
conference calls, a Crestron control system along with Crestron video
distribution is the backbone to the system. Portable lecterns can be brought
into each room for additional functionality of the space.

Multiple inputs seamlessly adapt to the room’s combined state, ensuring optimal functionality tailored to diverse needs. Two overflow spaces offer additional versatility, accessible from any room at a moment’s notice. With dedicated PTZ cameras facilitating immersive video conferencing and ceiling array microphones enabling inclusive participation in conference calls, each space is equipped for seamless collaboration. The backbone of the system lies in the Crestron control infrastructure, seamlessly integrated with video distribution for unparalleled management. Further enhancing flexibility, portable lecterns stand ready to augment each room’s capabilities, ensuring a dynamic and adaptive environment.
