CCS Presentation Systems helps UNLV reach new heights in content and education presentation with the renovation of theatre room 109 located in the Flora Dungan Humanities (FDH) building.
The 254-seat lecture-style classroom introduces students to a state-of-the-art Dolby Atmos audio system accompanied by a 4k laser projection display. This pairing allows the theatre to provide screenings of full motion pictures with its 7.2 Digital Surround System offering a truly immersive and unique experience.
JBL Cinema speakers were installed to ensure proper alignment working closely with Dolby to obtain the elite Dolby Atmos Certification. The CCS team also fabricated a custom structure for audio mains and installed the world’s largest Stewart masking screen paired with Barco’s DP4K-30L laser cinema projector. Additionally, a Vaddio camera tracking system for recording and streaming was utilized, marrying both audio and visuals flawlessly.
