It covers the first 90 days of field service labor, all materials referenced in the Sales Order, <\/span><a style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\" title=\"AV customer service\" href=\"https:\/\/ccssouthwest.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">timely telephone and email support<\/a><span style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\"> and first available appointment times.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>CSS Start Also Features:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In House Priority Bench Repair<\/li>\n<li>Facilitation of Manufacturer Warranty, when applicable<\/li>\n<li>Unlimited Phone Support<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits of the CCS Service Plans:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensures Audio Visual System Integrity<\/li>\n<li>Extends the Life of Equipment<\/li>\n<li>Provides Customer Peace of Mind<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Beyond the first 90 days, standard CCS Service rates of $200 for the first hour and $125 per hour, thereafter, will apply. But, two Annual Service Plans are offered by CCS Presentation Systems to help save you money and protect your equipment. They are:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Option 1: CCS MAX &#8211; Comprehensive System<\/strong><br \/>\nSupport PLUS Preventive Maintenance<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Covers All Field Service Labor<\/li>\n<li>Priority Response &amp; Resolution<\/li>\n<li>Annual Preventive Maintenance<\/li>\n<li>Loaner Projectors, when available<\/li>\n<li>10% Discount on Lamps and Repair Parts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Annual plan\u2014$50 per $1,000 of total system cost*<\/p>\n<p><strong>Option 2: CCS SECURE &#8211; Priority Support<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Covers All Field Service Labor<\/li>\n<li>Priority Response &amp; Resolution<\/li>\n<li>Material and workmanship coverage extended to one year from final invoice date<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Annual plan\u2014$30 per $1,000 of total system cost*<\/p>\n<p>* Total System Cost is all materials and installation labor before sales tax.
